We are open Saturday’s and Sunday’s from 12pm to 5pm and available by appointment

What is your return policy?

Please read all descriptions before placing your order and reach out to us for any questions you may have about our sizing and fabrics as we do not offer returns or exchanges. Your order cannot be canceled once it’s shipped

However, if you change your mind and decide to cancel your order after it has been placed but not yet shipped or locally picked up, we can offer a full refund minus a $10 restocking fee

Why no returns or exchange?

Each jacket is personally made by Kerso in Los Angeles, not at a factory. Our jackets are produced in a very limited quantity and we do not have the resources that a company even slightly bigger than us might have to offset the cost incurred by returned items. Our scale allows us to make exactly what we want in the way that best suits our design without relying on larger garment industry practices. What you’ll get by choosing a Kerso jacket is a well-made update on a classic look that can be dressed up or down

I'm in between sizes and not sure which one to choose. Where can I find the measurements?

One of our models who normally wears XL is in fact a true size medium and looks great in our Medium, Large and XL! You’ll always look your best in the size you feel the most comfortable in. Our jackets fit true to size for men with a slightly relaxed fit. We can also help you choose your desired size, whether it be true or chosen, please email us with your sizing questions and we’d be happy to figure them out with you

What about shipping?

Please enjoy free shipping within the continental US. We’re unable to ship to other regions at this time. Tracking numbers for orders will be provided to recipients. All shipped packages will require the recipient’s signature on delivery. We are not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged packages. Rest assured, your purchase will be inspected prior to shipment and packed with utmost care

Is the Chore Jacket unisex?

Yes! This will be explored in our future campaign—our jackets run true to size in a relaxed fit for men and about 1.25 times larger for women. For example, women who normally wear small or medium would select an XS or S here (the arms may be a little long for women but the founders wear the Chore Jacket cuffs rolled up). Does each color really have a different weave from the other?

Yes! Cotton comes in many flavors. Our debut collection features heavyweight cotton (in the 340gsm - 400gsm (10-12oz.) category) of various weaves and textures. Shoot us a message if you have any questions about the weaves/fabrics we use in our collection, as they can behave differently from one to the next. Some deadstock fabrics we use have variables unique to them. Again, we can help you with those questions
